Helper Policy
To ensure safe and efficient deliveries, please review the requirements below carefully before your scheduled delivery date.
At AG In-Stock Cabinets, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. Please review the following requirements carefully before your scheduled delivery date.
Requirement
Qualified Helper Requirement
A qualified adult helper must be present at the time of delivery to assist with unloading. This is required for the safety of both our delivery team and the customer.
The following individuals do not qualify as a helper:
- Elderly individuals
- Pregnant individuals
- Minors (under 18)
- Anyone unable to safely lift heavy materials
Additional Charges
Applicable Fees

Helper Fee
Charged when a qualified helper is not available at the time of delivery.
$25
Wait Time Fee
Per every 15 minutes of wait time upon arrival at the delivery address.
Scheduling
Delivery Rescheduling
AG In-Stock Cabinets reserves the right to reschedule the delivery if proper assistance is unavailable at the time of the scheduled delivery. Rescheduling may result in additional delivery fees.
